What is The Mozaic?
A Singapore-based exclusive General Sales Agent (GSA) for independent boutique hotels. We own trade sales, reservations and distribution in-market, so a property that deserves to fill never gets under-sold.
What does a GSA actually do?
For each hotel we represent, we are the single accountable desk in our markets. We carry the trade relationships, contract the rates, hold the allotments and take the bookings — the property gets a sales office in Singapore without the headcount.
Which hotels do you represent?
Our first represented property is Baan Yin Dee, a boutique resort in Phuket. We sign deliberately, one destination at a time, and we never list hotels we don't yet represent.
How many hotels per destination?
Roughly one boutique and one larger resort per destination. Small enough that every property is sold properly; deep enough to cover a market.
How do I get net rates and book?
Tell us your agency and we verify you as trade, then open a confidential rate sheet. You book through us at your net rate — no extranet, no commission maths. Request rates at /contact.
What does "keep the spread" mean?
You buy at a confidential net rate and sell at whatever the market bears. The difference between the two is yours. That's the whole model: net rate, keep the spread.
What are the tiers?
Three, and you earn your way down the rate: Partner BAR −15%, Preferred BAR −20%, Elite BAR −25% off BAR. Partner is open to any verified agency; Preferred and Elite unlock deeper net rates and held allotments as you prove volume.
Do you protect rate parity?
Yes — it's the point. Net rates stay net and parity is defended across channels, so the direct channel and the published rate aren't undercut by the inventory we place.
Can I resell allotments on the OTAs?
No. Our agency contracts forbid reselling allotments on OTAs, with liquidated damages. It protects rate parity and the property's direct channel — and it's non-negotiable.

Is representation exclusive?
Yes. We are the exclusive GSA for each property in our markets, which is what lets us defend your rate, hold your allotments and stand behind every booking.
What do you take on?
Trade sales, reservations and distribution — the in-market sales office. You keep your independence and your identity; we carry the relationships and the channel discipline.
Where are you based?
Singapore — where the region's travel trade concentrates. A GSA belongs where the buyers are.
