Introduction & scope

The Mozaic ("we", "us", "our") is operated by The Mozaic Pte Ltd, a company based in Singapore. We act as an exclusive General Sales Agent (GSA) for independent boutique hotels in our markets. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website, themozaic.com, and in the course of our representation and trade activities. It applies to anyone who contacts us, enquires about a represented property, or otherwise shares personal data with us.

Personal data we collect

When you submit an enquiry or contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, company or organisation, phone number, and the content of your message.

When you use our website, we may collect limited technical and usage data through analytics and cookies, such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type and referral source. This data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your data

We use personal data to respond to your enquiries, to arrange rates and bookings with the relevant hotel, and to administer trade relationships. Where you have opted in, we may send you occasional updates. We do not send marketing you have not asked for, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Disclosure of your data

To fulfil a booking or enquiry, we may share relevant details with the represented hotel and with suppliers strictly involved in delivering that booking. We may also engage service providers who process data on our behalf under obligations of confidentiality. We never sell your personal data.

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function as intended if you do.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our trade and business relationships, or to meet legal and regulatory obligations. When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

Because we represent hotels in different locations, your personal data may be processed or stored outside Singapore — for example, in the country where a represented hotel operates. Where data is transferred abroad, we take steps intended to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, and withdraw your consent to our continued use of your data. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to your enquiry or arrange a booking.
