Acceptance of terms

This website, themozaic.com, is operated by The Mozaic Pte Ltd ("The Mozaic", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

About The Mozaic & our role

The Mozaic acts as an exclusive General Sales Agent (GSA), representing independent boutique hotels in our markets. The first property we represent is Baan Yin Dee in Phuket.

We act as sales agent for the hotels we represent. Any booking, stay or contract is between the guest or travel agent and the relevant hotel or principal — not with The Mozaic. Rates and availability shown or quoted are indicative only and are subject to confirmation by the hotel.

Trade arrangements

Trade relationships, including confidential rates, allotments and resale terms, are governed by separate written agreements between The Mozaic and the relevant trade partner. Those agreements, not these website terms, set out the parties' rights and obligations in respect of trade arrangements.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, design, logos and marks — belongs to The Mozaic or its respective owners and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or others' use of it.

Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites, including represented hotels and partners. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse their content. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party site.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mozaic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or any content on it.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for, and to hold The Mozaic harmless from, any claims or losses arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any dispute arising from them.
